Our Small Group Strength and Core class blends personalized coaching with a small-team feel. With a max of six people, you receive focused attention on technique, strength-building, and core development. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a more guided, slower-paced approach than CrossFit. Each session is tailored to your level, creating a supportive, consistent, and empowering environment.
Personal Training offers fully customized, one-on-one coaching built around your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Whether you’re new to fitness, overcoming injuries, or chasing performance, your coach designs a personalized plan to help you progress safely and effectively. Each session focuses on technique, accountability, and building strength and confidence at your pace.
Our in-house physical therapy program offers one-on-one care designed to reduce pain, restore movement, and rebuild strength. Using cupping, dry needling, manual therapy, and functional exercises, we help you move better and return to the activities you love. Whether recovering from an injury or improving mobility, we provide personalized, effective treatment.
This program supports moms through pregnancy, early postpartum, and beyond. We focus on rebuilding core strength, pelvic floor function, and full-body stability while honoring each woman’s stage of recovery. Every session is guided by trained coaches who ensure safe progressions so you can feel strong, confident, and capable in your daily life and fitness journey.
