Our group class schedule is designed to fit around busy lifestyles, offering morning, afternoon, and evening classes throughout the week. Whether you’re an early riser looking to train at 5 AM or prefer an evening workout after work, we have a session for you. In addition to our main group classes, we also offer small group strength training, personal training, and a brand-new “Team Strong” program for teens.

Foundations Package

At Souris Valley CrossFit, our foundational sessions offer personalized one-on-one coaching to set you up for success in achieving your health and fitness goals. These sessions focus on teaching you the fundamental movements of CrossFit in a private setting.

Our foundational sessions are designed to introduce newcomers to the fundamentals of CrossFit in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. During these sessions, you’ll learn the core movements and principles of CrossFit, including weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning. We’ll focus on proper form, technique, and mechanics to ensure you’re moving efficiently and effectively.
